Michelle F. Horn has been practicing as a family law attorney since 2004. Michelle has an undergraduate degree in psychology from St. Kate’s which compliments her role as a family law attorney. Michelle is upbeat and optimistic and carries these traits in to her role as a counselor and advocate in divorce, custody, parenting time and child support cases. Michelle has a distinct awareness that her practice has a significant impact on families and children. She recognizes that the best approach is to try and find agreements whenever possible to provide clients with a greater level of impact on the outcome of their own cases. Family law cases that are resolved through agreement, generally cost less and have a much higher chance of success and less need for future court involvement. By taking the time to get to know you and truly understand your specific goals and concerns, Michelle empowers each client to participate in their case in a meaningful way. Michelle will work hard to achieve your goals in a caring, efficient, and comprehensive manner. Additionally, Michelle is a qualified neutral mediator and works with “high conflict” parents by offering Parenting Consultant (“PC”) and Parenting Time Expeditor (“PTE”) services.
